We say our cars are better, but what do we mean?
Buying quality cars is the largest challenge we face here at Auto Mart. It's a multipoint process that takes a lot of time and energy. Only about 10% of the cars we look at meet our high standards.
It starts with AutoCheck and Carfax. They both show similar information but not always the same, so we check both. Between them they display all accident, flood, frame, registration and owner history of the vehicle. A car must pass with a clean AutoCheck and Carfax which is available to all our customers.
Afterwards, the vehicle is subjected to a rigorous 20 point inspection by a third party inspector. Emissions, engine, transmission, electronics are all covered in this inspection. Even after a clean Carfax and AutoCheck, not all cars can pass this inspection.
Then the car is inspected by our own ASE certified mechanic. Any and all reconditioning is performed, fluids are changed, filters and other wear items are replaced.
The car is then subject to a smog test to verify the car has no issues and passes all emissions tests, it obviously must pass with flying colors
Finally the car is detailed by a professional third party detailer. The paint is restored if needed, headlights buffed, interior cleaned and shampooed and the vehicle is ready for sale.
This process usually takes a full 7-12 days to complete.
